A highlight of this year’s Exhibition was the involvement of the year ten and eleven students from Cartmel Priory School. Their inclusion brought the average age of entrants to this year’s exhibition down considerably!
Their teacher, Sophie Fish entered some wonderful charcoal drawings which were greatly admired by members and visitors alike.
Our guest artist, Ben McCloud selected three pieces of their work to be awarded prizes of art materials.
It is hoped that the inclusion of work from the school will become a regular feature.
