The first of our workshops in October is on Wednesday morning, 8th October from 10 until 1pm. We will be tackling ‘birds, bees and bunnies’ in any medium and any form, having a natter and a coffee and learning from each other. Tanya, who as you know is a relatively new member, has agreed to help me with this workshop. She is exceptionally good at drawing animals, and as you know won the favourite picture vote at the exhibition. Very many thanks Tanya for agreeing to help me. I do hope that we see some of you that haven’t been for a while.
Just bring whatever gear you think you’ll need to be creative with feathered and furry creatures.
Out next scheduled full day workshop is will JAMIE OLDHAM. On Wednesday 22nd October at 10 till 3pm. Jamie is new to CAS and will be fabulous I know. He creates gorgeous loose expressive outdoor scenes using acrylics and other mediums to bring real texture and emotion to his work. ( he had a few pics in the Grasmere Lakes Artist Exhibition and they were super). I will send all the details about this day in a week or two as it will be too much now.
