The first painting opportunity is on Wednesday 11th February between 10 and 1. A morning workshop with Kev Bell. You know if its with Kev its going to be fun, so not only will he be working with us all on architectural painting in line and wash, but I think there will be a little entertainment too.

I am leading the next session on Wednesday 11th and am very much looking forward to it.
Think about a possible outcome based on a-
Building, could be yours, a friends, a famous building, a local building.
It could be a part of a building, door, window either looking in or out.
A building/ scene from a holiday.
A monument
A shop
A derelict building
A bridge
A tower
A wall
A factory
Collect some images and bring them along.
Please work in whatever media you would like to use. I will probably be using line and wash.
It could be an event? I am currently painting a scene for my son’s wedding in May. I know Julia has done something similar in the past.

GREG HOWARD IS OUR TUTOR – remember Greg? He came last year and provided a vibrant and lively pastel workshop that you all seemed to enjoy thoroughly.
This time Greg Will be working in WATERCOLOUR and I believe that he has quite a different take on painting with watercolour. Greg hasn’t yet sent me any workshop details but as soon as he does I will send it. Bring all your usual watercolour gear, quality paper to paint on etc.
As with all workshops we arrange that are tutor led, they generally cost us a few hundred pounds these days. So come along and give it a go even if it’s not exactly what you normally do. I think we all take away something new from every workshop experience.
